Since I was traveling through the area and made the stop, they offered to deliver the car to me which was so convenient. I love my car! We bought a new car - Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid -in August. Greg Hesler could not have been more awesome! He has been there for us many, many times since the purchase. He has been incredibly helpful, kind and patient. My husband and I had not bought a car from a dealership together ever in our 25 years of marriage. We had never planned to purchase new, but the used car market has been insane so we decided to look but we needed someone patient and who would not pressure us. We are not wealthy and this is a MAJOR MAJOR purchase for us. We wanted a safe vehicle that could be our primary car for hopefully ten years! We are very, very pleased and we know we made the right choice. We love our car and we love the service Greg and the Hosmer team has provided. Greg even helped us get paint when my husband put the first little scratch on it! Greg has taken all of our calls and helped us over and over and over. My hubby is not computer savvy and Greg is very accommodating. Do yourself a favor and find him and have him help you navigate the car shopping process. I was driving a 2016 Honda CRV LX. I bought a 2024 Honda CRV EX in January. I love my new Honda with all the new safety features that the LX did not have. It's fun to drive and I feel very safe driving in it. Eddie Lundmark was my salesman. Eddie is very knowledgeable and he's easy to talk to with stories about his dog. There was no pressure just great advice. I highly recommend Hosmer.
Joe Starr!!! 100 stars for rating!!! (Now you know why his last name is Starr!) Joe has a truthful bright Yellow light in his aura!!! Joe went above & beyond to secure the 2020 Chevy Equinox I fell in love with!!! The rims were even star shape!!! Joe did his best working with Jeremiah Hosmer, owner of dealership. Joe kept in contact with Tracy Bryant the business manager to correct a financial error on the purchase agreement. Which was promptly corrected when error was brought to Joe’s attention. Tracy Bryant had to redo all the paperwork to make the correction which was done the following Monday. We had to resign all the paperwork. Always look over the fees of your purchase agreement. Take all the time you need to look at fees. In this experience never buy a car on a Friday or Saturday. Always ask to deal with Joe Starr when looking for a car!!!!!
